Workplan

CORPUS project video presentation
The duration of the project is 30 months and the project work plan is divided into 6 Work Packages (thereafter WPs), each of one structured in different tasks which will be accomplished by partners depending on their expertise. All WPs are strongly interrelated as shown in the following figure. WP1 and WP6 cover the whole project’s lifetime and are leaded by the Main Applicant. WP1 is aimed at the overall coordination of the activities and at guaranteeing a strong interaction among the partners. WP6 implements the Plan for Dissemination, Communication & Exploitation, The plan is intended to guarantee information about the project, networking, and enlargement of the stakeholders groups throughout the whole project, and to widely disseminate its results (through both release and promotion of the project’s deliverable, and participation to DUT activities). WPs 2, 3, 4 and 5 cover the project implementation and evaluation, and are leaded by the academic partners (TUD, UNITO) for the more basic research-oriented activities (WP2 and WP5), and by OLA supported by the Cooperation Partners for the applied research-oriented activities (WP2 and WP3):
● The preliminary research phase (WP2) aims to make available the state-of-the-art knowledge in the 3 domains of participatory co-design (social domain), urbanism and circularity (spatial), and civic digital technologies (digital). A Cross-disciplinary conceptual and methodological framework (MS1) will be the starting point for facilitating the development of community urban environments at the neighborhood level in WP3 and WP4.
● The preparation and implementation phase (WP3 & WP4). WP3 sets up the physical, social and digital infrastructure of the two ULLs, including all the engagement actions and the design and construction of the urban equipment through upcycled materials (MS2 and MS3). WP4 is aimed at the implementation of the ULLs and exchange of knowledge among the two , completed with the investigation of their long-term sustainability and transferability (MS4),
● The assessment phase (WP5) is dedicated to the continuous and dynamic monitoring, analysis and assessment of WP3 and WP4 results. The aim is to make effective practices and models emerge, and to systematically integrate the general knowledge built in WP2 with the situated knowledge coming from the ULL small-scale interventions. This integrated knowledge generated from the assessment (MS5) will be translated in accessible popular science formats and disseminated through WP6 products and activities (MS6).
